This is our third time visiting Hong Kong Disneyland and it still thrills and amazes us.
We usually book our tickets online from Klook because we can get a reasonably good discount and it's hassle-free and very convenient. The voucher arrives on your mobile phone, just go to the entrance and scan your Q-code, get your tickets and away you go.
MTR transport is quick and easy and riding the Disney line train to Disneyland is so much fun.
Some of our favourite rides and attraction are the Big Grizzly Mountain Runaway Mine Cars - Col's fave, It's a Small World, Mystic Manor and the new 3-D Iron Man Simulator. The Jungle River Cruise is also lots of fun.
I also love the Fairy Tale Forest. Here you can wind your way through the beautiful gardens, read the magical storybooks, and engage with interactive music boxes, castles, towers, caves and sea-inspired landscapes. All of the interactive opportunities are so well done and quite simply, stunning.
Unfortunately, the castle is being renovated at the moment (a cast member said this may take several years) so it is all boarded up and subsequently no fireworks show. However, the "I Love Mickey" projection show on to the buildings in Main Street is very cool.
The absolute highlight of our visit is the "Paint the Night" Parade. This is simply spectacular and alone is worth the entrance fee.
Overall, we really enjoy Hong Kong Disneyland. The character meet and greats were everywhere and this was certainly a highlight of this trip as we got photos with so many Disney characters. A must visit if you are in Hong Kong.
